My favorite football team is "Futbol Club Barcelona". FCB was created in 1899 by Hans Gamper, and since this day, the club has become a symbol of catalan culture and for Catalonia. The football team was one of the founders teams of Spanish League football (since 1928) and is one of three teams that played in the first division.

Today it is one of the teams with the most trophies in the world. It has won 20 Spanish league Championships; the team has 9 spanish Super Cups; 3 European Cups; 3 European Super Cups; 4 Cups winners Cup ; 3 Fairs Cup and a world Cup. All these Cups are displayed at Camp Nou.

Camp Nou is the home training ground for F.C.B. It is not only a football ground; it is also a very important tourist attraction in Barcelona.

A lot of players of F.C.B are selected to play in the Spanish world Cup team. This year Spain was the winner of the World Cup held in South Africa this summer. For me this shows that at this moment, this team, is the best teams that there is in the world. To watch all the final of the World Cup on television, with Spain in the final was an amazing experience.

I think that this team is very impressive, professional and players train and work hard. They have proved they are the best in the world. They have a strong trainer (Pep) and he has helped F.C.B a lot in the last year. However Real Madrid this year with their coach Jose Mourinho will be a big threat for Pep's team, but I still think F.C.B is better than Real Madrid.

In my opinion I think that the film "MEET THE FOCKERS" is very fun because I laughing all the time and when saw the film I remember moments of when I was with my friends, when was with my family... and the theme which is related to creating a family, being with friends... is something that makes me think of the future.

The world's biggest car-maker was in chaos last night after the U.S. Government warned toyota owners to stop driving. The firm has recalled more than eight million vehicles worldwide over fears that faults with accelerators pedals have left them unsafe. The recall affects 180865 cars in Britain, leaving thousand of motorists afraid to use them.

Passenger Chris Langella screamed: 'our accelerator is stuck- we're in trouble- there's no brakes- we're approaching the intersection- hold on hold on and pray pray'. Seconds later he was dead with his sister Cleof Saylor, 45, her husband Mark, also 45, who was driving and their daughter Mahala, 13. Authorities in the U.S. have linked apparent defects with accelerators to 19 deaths and thousand of accidents.

Victims: Mark Saylor, 45, died last August along with his daughter Mahala, 13, and wife Cleofe, 45, when his hired Lexus allegedly accelerated out of control. Mrs Saylor's brother Chris Lastrella also died in the accident.

The car manufacturer Toyota has serious problems. Eight million cars have to be returned to garages because the car have problems eith the brakers and accelerators. It is possible that the problem has made thousand of accidents and killed 19 people. In August the family in the photo was killed because yhe brakes on their Toyota did not function. Now people with Toyotas in America and Great Britain are nervous to use their cars and will return them to the garages to be repaired.

I found this story on the (Daily Telegraph). I think that this new is very sad because It seems a great shame that some human beings have to be victims of human errors such as.

My research project

The research project is a work that all the students os second of batxillerat have to do, and if soomeone doesn't do it, the student can't pass the whole course.
My research project is about tobacco and the affect this has on teenagers. At the beginning it was very difficult to start because I had to think about how to organise the body of the woek, the index, the information to be included, etc.
However, once I got started, it became easier. I had to research information from various sources like: internet, encyclopaedias, magazine reports and more.

Initially I wanted to do my research project on "escoliosis" but the teachers told me that I couldn't because the theme is more for a science student.
After I tried to do my work about one drug (marijuana) but again my idea was rejected because there was too much information and it would be difficult to organise.

Finally I tried other drug: tobacco, and now I'm about finish my research project

At the moment, my fauvorite TV series is " Física o Química". Every Tuesday evening at 10:00 p.m I see this serie. "Física o Química" is about a group of teenagers, and explain their lives, their problems, their love lives...

I like this serie because the protagonists are teenagers, an age gropu that I can relate to. It is a bit false; too much happens in only a little time and live isn't like this.
However, I like it because I think that you can imagine how good a life like this colud be.

This article was published in Catalonia Today, on january 10th 2010. I did this article in the classroom. I chose this new because I think that the work of Pep is very dificukt and he has made a good job.

Pep is now considered the most popular man In Catalonia. Josep "Pep" Guaridola has made the dreams of the catalans come true by guiding FCB to teh pinnacle of world football.

When he began training the dream, there were a lot of doubts if Pep would do a good job. In his first season Guardiola succedded for the first time in football's history with only 38 years, in winning the Champions League. In general, Guardiola and his team have been the key of the success of FCB and the European cup, liga title and Copa del rey.

ReDaCtIoN aBoUt My FuTuRe

When I finish second of batxillerat I would like to go to college, maybe to Girona or Barcelona. First of all my porpouse is yo study very had and pass secondo of batxillerat with very good marks. When I 'll have fullfilled my first goal, my next objective will be passing the selectivity to enter in the universities studies that I want. The carear that I want is ADE( economics) because in my future I want to have a good job, a good life, have a lot of money...

I sure thing is that I'm going to study at the University. If I can't enter in to ADE because my mark isn't enought or not suficient, another option will be study for a job is of teacher of physical education.

I think a good objective of every student is to study very had and try to follow their dreams and have a good future.
